Bij de verbouwing van 1919 wordt het gelijkvloers van de voorgevel volledig opengebroken en het ingangsportaal verschuift naar de linkerzijde. De dubbele deur en het venstergedeelte aan de rechterzijde zijn in dezelfde stijl uitgewerkt met versierde houten panelen en bovenlicht, dit alles door een luifel beschermd. De rechthoekige zaal bestaat uit een vlak uitgewerkt publieksgedeelte en een zacht glooiend balkon, volgens de bron beweert de heer Poelman dat de zaal niet over een balkon beschikte. De bron spreekt dat tegen daar op de bouwaanvraag wel een balkon aangeduid is. De bron besluit dan om aan te nemen dat de geplande voorziening mogelijk niet werd ingevoerd.
