Moest in mei 1943 sluiten omdat het niet voldeed aan de eisen van de Syndicate Chamber die stelde dat enkel distributeurs met een catalogus van minstens 11 films een vergunning kregen. De films waarover ze beschikten werden niet verkocht maar geconsolideerd in een nieuwe consortium genaamd. In de datasets wordt er echter vanaf 1945 weer verwezen naar PDC, dus waarschijnlijk werd deze weer geopend na de oorlog. Bron: Vande Winkel, R., 2017.
