Een Duitse distributeur die haar voorgaande Belgische vertegenwoordiger Mercator Films verving vanaf juni 1940. In 1942 wordt het echter deel van de door de staat gecontroleerde UFA en hoewel er nog enkele films werden uitgebracht onder de Tobis naam, was het bedrijf officieel opgedoekt.
